Wholesaler Coaching Overview
Wholesaling in the 21st century is about adapting to change. Between compliance issues, the mutual fund scandals and the additional regulatory scrutiny, your job as a wholesaler has never been tougher. You are truly caught in the middle between sales management pushing you to make that next sales goal and the compliance officer constantly looking over your shoulder. Where can you turn for help? Your sales manager? I would venture to guess that your sales manager spends close to 90% of his or her time on administrative issues, operational or service problems and management conference calls. This leaves the person who wants to be truly great in the wholesaling profession with a severe lack of coaching and mentoring support. I have a way to fill this void and help you achieve the next level of wholesaling success.

- Knowing the competition.
- Staying on top of current events and understanding the history of money and markets. |

- Being memorable by using humor, startling facts or stories.
- Always being prepared and having a backup plan.
- Knowing when to or not to use PowerPoint. |
