Fee Schedule

• $5000 Per Live Workshop
• First class airfare, hotel and other expenses (i.e.: airport transfers, car rental, meals, tips, etc.) are billed separately.
• $1,000 Per Teleconference or Webinar (client pays all teleconference & Webinar fees)
